📦 Shipping Policy 

Fulfillment & Processing

• All products are made-to-order with our production partners 

• Typical fulfillment time: 2–7 business days (most orders ship within 3–5 business days).

• During high-volume periods (holidays, launches), processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Estimates (after fulfillment)

• USA: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–12 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination & customs)
  These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers may experience delays outside our control.

Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in separate packages. we ship items from different facilities depending on stock and product type.

Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after pickup.

Address Changes
We can update shipping addresses only before the order enters production. Once fulfilled, we can’t reroute packages.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may incur customs fees determined by your local customs office. These are buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Returned Packages

• If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs are non-refundable. We can reship once you confirm the correct address and pay the new shipping fee.

• If the carrier marks an order “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help file an inquiry.
