💳 Refund & Returns Policy

Because every item is custom made to order, we don’t keep inventory and we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size/color chosen). Please check our size charts carefully.

We’ll replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  1. Report window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or from the estimated delivery date for missing packages).

  2. What to send: Order number + photos of the product and packing slip + a brief description.

  3. Review: We’ll work with our partners  to verify the issue and send a free replacement or refund.

Wrong Size / Exchanges

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we can’t exchange made-to-order items. Please place a new order in the correct size. (Tip: oversized fits run relaxed—check the product page size guide.)

Return Address
Returns for issues we approve will be directed to a Partners facility. We’ll provide the correct return address in your approval email.
Unapproved returns may be rejected by the facility and not refunded.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards, digital products, and final-sale items.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
